On June 11, Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) launched their official Playstation.blog. The site attracted more than 500 comments in the first 24 hours … and two Winter Haven technology firms had a hand in that launch.
The blog uses a WordPress platform (as does this blog) and features a number of enhancements. Josh Hallett (Hyku.com) handled design and the web development team at Clark/Nikdel/Powell’s cnp_studio handled all back end development including customizing WordPress.
It is Sony Corp’s first “official blog” and is hosted on their servers.
Hallett posted the local involvement on the Sony project on his blog earlier today.
Wow! Who said someone has to be located 50 miles out of town to be considered an expert?!! This is one more reason why we should be called “Winner” Haven!!!!
Yes i think it’s terrific to know that we have truly competent and professional techies in our home town.
