Winter Park-based Condev Homes will introduce a 61-home Mediterranean-style community on Country Club Road. Hampton Cove will offer up to 1/2 acre estate home sites from $67,000 and homes from the mid $300,000. The community will be gated.
Condev will have a launch party on August 9 beginning at 6 p.m. at the Hampton Cove site. All Chamber members are invited to attend.

In regards to the Condev development, your article states that the prices start at $67,000 and a medium price of $300,000. Is this correct or was it supposed to be $167,000?
At the time of the post Condev said “home sites” would start at $67,000 and “Homes” from the mid $300,000 so I assume the latter refers to a site and dwelling. In light of current market conditions they may have altered their projections but we have not be made aware of any change.
