Margaret “Peggy” Threlkel has accepted the position of Executive Director for Girl’s Inc. here in Winter Haven. Board Chairman Steve Crisman announced that she will begin her duties with the youth organization on July 9, 2007. She has previously worked at the Women’s Resource Center in Lakeland and prior to that had worked at Winter Haven Hospital more than 10 years.
Congratulations Peggy! I am thrilled you will be our Executive Director at Girls Inc. Having been involved in the organization for many years, I appreciate your commitment and enthusiasm you will bring to our group. Thank you and good luck!
Way to go, Peggy! I’ve always known you were the perfect candidate to lead Girls, Inc. Your knowledge, experience and enthusiasm will take this important agency to new heights.
