Riverlake Capital LLC (Winter Haven, FL) and United Realty Management, Inc. (Margate, FL) have agreed to jointly develop a multiple-story luxury office condominium project adjacent to Winter Haven Hospital. The proposed site comprises two parcels on the shores of Lake Silver adjacent to the medical campus.
The Lake Silver Professional Centre will consist of approximately eight modern office condominium units of various sizes and will feature:
- high visibility from First Street
- convenient access to the hospital and downtown
- views of Lake Silver from each unit
- ample on-site parking
- private exterior access to each unit

I’m not quite sure of the exact location of this edifice. Tell me, what will have to be demolished for this to occur?
The facility will actually be located just north of the hospital campus. Part of the land is vacant and part is presently apartments.
