Presenting the National Perspective:
John Tousley is a vice president with Goldman Sachsâ€™ Asset Management division in New York. He has been with the firm nine years and is primarily responsible for fixed income, economic and market coverage, and assisting third-party intermediaries with portfolio construction and product implementation strategies. John has 19 years of industry experience as an investment professional and portfolio manager. As a portfolio manager, John managed large cap equity, taxable and tax-free fixed income portfolios. In particular, John managed two publicly traded municipal bond funds that consistently produced top Lipper rankings. John received a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University in 1991 and is a Certified Financial Analyst charter holder.
Presenting the Local Perspective:
Ralston is a full member of theÂ Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a former Vice Chairman of the Small Scale Development Council. Â He holds a Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. HeÂ is a past member of the Executive Advisory Board of the Center for Retailing Education and Research atÂ the University of Florida
Ralston is also a member of the Regional Economic Information Network of theÂ Jacksonville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
