Presenting the National Perspective:

John Tousley is a vice president with Goldman Sachs’ Asset Management division in New York. He has been with the firm nine years and is primarily responsible for fixed income, economic and market coverage, and assisting third-party intermediaries with portfolio construction and product implementation strategies. John has 19 years of industry experience as an investment professional and portfolio manager. As a portfolio manager, John managed large cap equity, taxable and tax-free fixed income portfolios. In particular, John managed two publicly traded municipal bond funds that consistently produced top Lipper rankings. John received a B.A. in Economics from Brigham Young University in 1991 and is a Certified Financial Analyst charter holder.

Presenting the Local Perspective:

Gary Ralston is a managing partner with Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Ralston Dantzler Realty.

Ralston is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a former Vice Chairman of the Small Scale Development Council.  He holds a Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. He is a past member of the Executive Advisory Board of the Center for Retailing Education and Research at the University of Florida

Ralston is also a member of the Regional Economic Information Network of the Jacksonville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
