It must be a really hard for State Farm to make the decision to discontinue their property line of business. It must be a big shock for all its customers.

Thank you for telling the true story, the one the good Governor does not want to hear. His classless remarks are unbelievable and show he takes no real interest in the people of this community and this state who truly ‘built’ and continue to support each other!
Our Legislature needs to addreses this without the political spin….. I’ll do my part. State Farm has been a part of me and my family since 1962 and I personally spent 38 good years representing them; I’m proud to be associated with State Farm and know they did not come to this decision without much consideration and thought for the good associates and customers of State Farm.

I am in the process of buying a townhouse in Clermont, and planned to be insured by State Farm, since I have used it for my home in New York for 17 years, and my vehicles for 22 years. If you are no longer going to offer homeowners’ insurance, can you recommend a company? And should I apply to them now, or apply to State Farm and change to another insurance company later?
