Our apologies. The Christy's Wine Down at Sundown takes place at the restaurant located at the intersection of Hwy 17 (Third Street) and Avenue K, NW.

Maybe I missed it, but where does the event “Wine Down at the Sundown” take place at the restaurant or somewhere else? It's not clear from the listing.

We defer to Billy regarding inboard/outboard. If the trim flexability allows your boat to negotiate certain canals we are all for having as many boats participate as possible. The Canal Commission has offered to help boater at problem locations.

On the boat parade, to say inboard/outboard motors should not participate is a little harsh. I/O's can trim up their motors just like an outboard and should be fine in the canals. True inboards such as a MasterCraft or Nautique should really check out the canals ahead of time since they cannot trim up a all. I just hate to see I/O owners scared away, we need all the boats we can get.
