I'm sorry that it didn't work out for Kent. I read in one paper that he had turned down a job offer from the new owners of Wild Adventures in order to stay with the Gardens. I hope history remembers him for his important role in saving the park. I wish him all the best.

Kent put it all on the line to save the Gardens. I wish Land South would have allowed him to resign rather than announce he was let go. Kent deserved that opportunity.

I'm sad to see Kent go. He ended up losing it all in this deal of saving Cypress Gardens. I'm still not convinced that Land South is in it for the long haul. I think they'll sell it within the next three years...

Young parents we have talked to like Cypress because they can visit often with their very little ones -three and under and not be overwhelmed with people, animated characters, and crowds. Rides geared to little ones and parents are appreciated.
Myself --I found most of the concerts far too noisy.
The rental of handicap vehicles is too far from the entrance and of course too costly.
The gardens are a treat for these old eyes.
I hope the flavor of gentleness is retained.

This just shows that Rob and Brian have long term goals for the Gardens and their commitment to providing the very best for the Gardens and the community.
