I have pictures of what surrounds CSX's site in Fairburn GA. Would you like to see?

One question people need to ask...What was already in the area before the ILC's came?

In regards to Alliance -- nothing, the homes, etc. came later.

In regards to Fairburn, GA -- Ford Motor Company (by the way, they are gone now), Owen Corning, Purina, Millions of Sq Ft of Warehousing (of at least which 800,000 sq ft has been vacant for at least 10 months according to the gentlemen from ING, who happen to own the building). There appeared to be lots and lots of vacant warehouse buildings in the area. I will admit that ING (and MD Hodges, who they apparently bought out) does a very nice warehouse. Fairburn GA was already an industrial community to a large extent.

As to the Winter Haven ILC employing 2,000 (200 of which will be employeed by CSX)people when fully operational...What guarantee do we have that these people will be from Winter Haven and not transferred in from other locations? Taft, for example. This question was specifically asked of Rick Hood during the trip to Georgia...He had no answer.
